六盘水师范学院外籍教师和留学生
                                                           安全守则
                                                                              （Safety Rules for Foreigners）
    为了给外籍教师、留学生创造一个良好的工作和生活环境，防止意外事故发生，特结合我市我校实际制定此安全守则。
      This notice is given in order to provide foreigners associated with our college the best possible working and living environment and to enhance their safety by reducing the risk of unfortunate events taking place.

1． 外籍教师、留学生出门之前应关闭所有电器设备，如：微波炉，电磁炉，取暖器，电脑，电视，电灯，录音器材等，消除火灾隐患；若因未切断电源或其它个人原因引发火灾事故，当事人应承担相应责任。
     Electric appliances（such as microwave ovens, induction cookers, heaters, televisions, computers, lights, recording equipment, etc.) that are likely to cause fire if left on should be turned off before leaving.
2．  外籍教师、留学生就寝或离开宿舍前应检查所有门窗是否关好，防止被盗和其它意外事故。
     Doors should be closed and locked when leaving the flat and before going to bed.
3．外籍教师、留学生不允许在住宅内自行拉接电线。如果有需要可向外事办提出请求，总务处协助安装。
    Foreigners can't allow installing electric wire by themselves. If they are necessary, they can ask the Foreign Affair Office to help     4．  晚上十点以后不应该单独出门，若有需要，应有人陪同。
    It is strongly recommended that you do not leave the college unaccompanied after 10 p.m.
 5．外籍教师、留学生外出旅行应将出行计划告知学校外事办公室，旅行途中要注意安全，防止因为事故发生.
    If foreigners plan to take a trip outside Liupanshui, a member of the school Foreign Affairs Office should be informed of your travel itinerary in advance.
6．外籍教师、留学生个人人生受到安全威胁时，应及时报警或同学校外事办公室取得联系，寻求帮助。
    If foreigners become involved in any activity that threatens their personal security, they must contact the Foreign Affairs Office of the college, or report to the local PSB.
 7．外籍教师、留学生应加强自我防范意识，不允许可疑人员进入宿舍，不随意接受他人邀请。
    It is recommended that you do not accept any invitations from strangers or let strangers in your flat.
8.外籍教师、留学生接受媒体采访，须经校外事办公室同意。
    Please consult with the Foreign Affairs Office of the college before granting interviews to any media.
